What is an online quotation request?

The Lieberman Tranchemontagne online quotation request system gives you the possibility of receiving a quotation for all your hotel and restaurant product needs with a few clicks of the mouse. Once you have selected the articles in our catalogue that interest you, a Lieberman Tranchemontagne representative will establish the price for your order and will contact you soon afterward.

Simple and secure system

In addition to presenting detailed information about our products, our online quotation request system is simple to use and completely secure, because you do not provide banking information – no transaction is processed online. In fact, as we take personalized service to heart, our representatives take care of your requests. You are thus assured that your request and information will be processed in the strictest confidentiality.

Steps for submitting an online quotation request

To submit an online quotation request, simply select the articles you are interested in from the Products section above.

•  Find the category of products that interest you (e.g., Table cloth ) then click on the relevant sub-category (e.g., Spun polyester ).

•  A list of sub-categories will appear (for example, a list of colours: White , Ivory , etc.). Click on the sub-category that corresponds to your needs.

•  You will then see the list of all the products that respond to the criteria you have chosen, as well as the details related to each product (e.g., dimensions, material, brand, manufacturer). By clicking on the »»» icon, you access the complete description of each product and, in some cases, a photo.

•  To add an item to your request, just click on Add to cart . You then access the page with your shopping cart, where you can enter the quantity of items you wish to order. You can return to the list of products by clicking on the Click here to add more products link.

•  You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on View cart . This link brings you back to the purchase page without adding an item. You can also navigate within the system by using the navigation line ( Path: ) found at the top of each screen.

•  When you have selected all the products you need, click on View cart , then on Send your quote request . The Your information page will then appear. Once you have filled out the form, click on Send the quotation (the form must be fully completed in order for a representative to contact you to check your order and to establish the price.)

•  The page confirming that your request has been sent will then appear. It contains the details of your order as well as your information. Now you just have to wait for one of our representatives to contact you!

To make things even easier, the Credit Application and the Order Form in PDF format are also available on the confirmation page. Simply print the forms, fill them in and send them to us by fax or mail.
